Do I have to pay anything?

Why shouldn't I just go through my own insurer?
When you claim through your own insurer, you may have to pay an excess, risk your NCB, and could receive a lower-spec courtesy car. We handle everything at no cost to you, with a like-for-like replacement vehicle.
